Returns that do not or cannot use a bank product or do not get funded properly, including returns that do not have "no debt" Debt Indicator in the Acknowledgement file, or returns that do not get funded, or balance due returns or returns that do not take advantage of bank products will be charged at the Pay-Per-Return pricing rate.
